1. Purpose and Role of the Platform

Plaerus.com is a centralized subscription management platform for services offered by partner websites (hereinafter referred to as “Service Platforms”). Plaerus.com exclusively handles the transactional aspect (payment and billing). It does not provide a dedicated customer account area; service consumption and user profile management are carried out directly on the relevant Service Platform.

2. Pricing and No Service Fees

Transparency: Subscription prices are those displayed on the Service Platform at the time of purchase.

No additional cost: Using Plaerus.com as a payment hub does not incur any processing or administrative fees for the user. The amount charged corresponds strictly to the price of the selected subscription.

3. Payment Methods and Banking Fees

Payment provider: All payments are secured and processed through Stripe.

Currency and exchange fees: Although transactions are denominated in Euros (€) on a Stripe account, Plaerus.com informs users that certain French or international banks may apply “out-of-zone” transaction fees or intervention charges based on the terms of their own card agreement. These fees are beyond the control of Plaerus.com and remain the sole responsibility of the customer.

4. Service Access and Customer Account

Authentication: Users access their content using the credentials created on the Service Platform.

No Plaerus customer portal: No public-facing account management interface is available on Plaerus.com. All service-related interactions (support, access, personal data linked to the service) are handled on the destination website and through the Stripe customer portal.

5. Renewal and Cancellation

Automatic renewal: Unless otherwise stated at the time of purchase, subscriptions are automatically renewed for the same duration as the initial subscription period.

Cancellation: Requests to cancel automatic renewal must be made directly through the subscription management options available in the Stripe customer portal.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Immediate Performance

In accordance with applicable regulations on digital content, immediate access to services upon payment constitutes the user’s express waiver of their 14-day right of withdrawal, in order to allow the commencement of service delivery.

7. Liability and Data

Liability: Plaerus.com is responsible for the proper execution of the financial transaction. Liability for the provision of content or the operation of services lies with the respective Service Platforms.

Personal data: Payment data is processed by Stripe. Plaerus.com does not store any banking details. Data required for billing purposes is retained in compliance with applicable legal obligations.
